Check in experience is terrible I have to check in at a different place since the number provided in Expedia was inccoect number. I called Expedia for contacting the owner of the place and I received a response after one hour therefore I have to stay at a different hotel for one night and checked in at this apartment on the second night. I asked for refund for one night since I was not...

"Hard to find the location. Not all know the hotel. I was lucky the trishaw owner knew the hotel. Surrounding is so dim at night but area main road many restaurants and interesting places. "　バンドン市街からレンバン方面に少し上った所にあります。急な予約の宿泊でしたが、スムーズに対応してくれました。 　家族5人（大人２，子ども３）での宿泊で、キングサイズベッド3部屋のファミリールームを利用しました。静かな環境でゆっくり休め，インドネシア料理中心の朝食も大変美味しかったです。 　難を言えば、シャワーの温水器が旧式で熱いお湯が出なかったことです。涼しい、いや寒いぐらいのバンドンにあっては温水シャワーは必要ですね。"
