Communal covered parking. Grocery 600 m, restaurant, bus stop 350 m, railway station 600 m, outdoor swimming pool 900 m, 600 m. Marina 5.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 8.5 km, sailing school 8.7 km, walking paths from the house 50 m. Nearby attractions: Interlaken, Thun. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Thunersee, Oeschinensee. Hiking paths: Diemtigtal, Jungfrau Region.  
"Beatrice Garden", 2-room apartment 58 m2, on the ground floor. Spacious and bright, renovated in 2023, very comfortable and tasteful furnishings: open living/dining room with panoramic window with 1 sofabed, dining table and flat screen. Exit to the balcony, to the patio. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Shower/WC. Underfloor heating.
