The rooms at the Vorginfoss Hotel need to be updated. The furniture was old, the carpet was worn thin and the clear plastic shower door would not stay in place so the bathroom got soaked. I had a hard time finding a place to plug in my phone. There is no outlet by the bed. Also the phone would only charge when the lights were on so I could not charge my phone overnight. The lobby was nice and the food at the restaurant was good.

Affordable and tradional hotel by Sognefjorden
"Well worth the price, spectacular surroundings offering fjord views and a sense of being a member of the traditional hotels. You can kayak, take a sauna, a dip if you are hardy enough. The breakfast was lovely, as was the dinner. And King Harald Fairhair was born in the neighborhood!"
