The hosts and owners are not responsible for any injuries that result from the use of these amenities \- Children must be supervised all times if they use these facilities. \- The hot tub will be professionally cleaned every turn and balanced. Refund Policy: \- There are NO REFUNDS allowed for Weather, Natural Disasters, Power Outages, and other circumstances that are beyond our control. Grill: \- Grill tools are available in the outdoor kitchen. \- Use the grill brush (located in the grill cabinet) to clean the grill before and after use. Pets: WELL BEHAVED pets are welcome with a separate non refundable pet fee of $150 per 2 pets per stay.
