Sav Apartments Regent Road offers a spacious and comfortable 2-bedroom apartment that’s perfect for families, small groups, or business travelers. The apartment features two cozy bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom. Whether you`re preparing meals in the fully fitted kitchen or unwinding in the spacious living areas, you’ll find everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The peaceful setting ensures a restful experience, while the city center’s vibrant energy is just a short walk away.

Guests have full access to the entire 2-bedroom apartment, including the kitchen, living areas, and bathroom. All linens, towels, toiletries, and Wi-Fi are provided to make your stay as convenient and comfortable as possible. The apartment’s central location gives you easy access to Leicester’s top bars, restaurants, shopping, and attractions, yet it remains in a quiet area for a restful stay.

At SAV Apartments, we make your arrival as smooth and hassle-free as possible with our self check-in process. Before your arrival, you’ll receive a unique access code for both the front door and your apartment, which allows you to check in at your convenience anytime after 3:00 PM. This means there’s no need to coordinate with anyone in person—simply enter the code on the keypad to access the property and your apartment. Once inside, you’ll have everything you need to settle in and enjoy your stay.

Check-in from 3pm; checkout by 10am.
Latest check-in shows as 23:30 on the booking system, but all our properties are self check-in: you can arrive any time after 3pm on your arrival day, including late at night or after midnight. Your codes work until checkout.

Self check-in: check-in instructions and codes are sent only after the online check-in form is completed and, where a damage deposit applies to your booking, the refundable damage deposit (£250 card pre-authorisation, released after checkout) is secured.

Pets are welcome for a fixed fee of £150 per stay. The fee is non-refundable and must be paid and cleared before arrival. Pets will not be accepted unless the fee has been paid.

Beds are made up for the number of guests on the booking, bedrooms first. A sofa bed or extra bed is only made up if the extra guests are booked, or for £25 per guest per night. For example, a 1-bedroom flat booked for 2 guests will not have the sofa bed made up.

Only guests registered on the booking may stay or visit.
No smoking inside the property (a deep-clean charge applies). No parties or events.
Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and charged per hour.
