Horrendous

Turned up to the apartment and we tried to ring the number on the booking for over 2 hours and no answering resulting in us not being able to get into the apartment, again didn’t answer the entire night or the next morning meaning we had to book another hotel last minute at a ridiculous price! Ruined our weeekend, I want full refund!!!
