The expansive pool area showcases an electric‑heated pool and spa perfectly positioned against a serene nature preserve. Tucked at the end of a quiet cul‑de‑sac, the home provides exceptional privacy, with generous green space ensuring your pool deck views are filled with nothing but pure, undisturbed nature. IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING In the interest of transparency and a smooth, surprise-free stay, we kindly ask that you carefully review the following information and house rules before booking. If any of the points below are not acceptable for you, this property may not be a good fit, and we respectfully ask that you do not book. ⸻ NO PARTIES, EVENTS, OR GATHERINGS This home is not suitable for parties, events, or social gatherings of any kind. • Occupancy is strictly limited to the number of guests listed on the reservation • Hosting or inviting additional visitors (including short daytime visits) is not permitted without prior approval • This includes family, friends, or acquaintances • Even small or quiet gatherings are not allowed If unauthorized visitors or a gathering are discovered, the reservation may be canceled without refund, and guests may be required to vacate the property in accordance with platform policies. Additional guests must be disclosed and approved in advance and may incur an extra fee. • Air Conditioning To prevent system strain or damage, the thermostat must not be set below 73°F (23°C). Cooling beyond what the system can reasonably provide is not guaranteed. • Quiet enjoyment Please respect the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum, especially during evening and nighttime hours. A full list of house rules is provided in the rental agreement and property information. ⸻ POOL / SPA INFORMATION • Heated in-ground pool and spa • Pool target temperature is 86°F (30°C) using an electric heat pump • Pool system and heater typically operate between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM and do not run overnight • During cooler months, a pool blanket may be provided; guests are responsible for removing and replacing it • Target temperatures are not guaranteed, as heating performance depends on weather conditions Heat pump note: Pool heat pumps operate most efficiently when outdoor temperatures are above 45–50°F (7–10°C). Below this range, heating performance may be limited.
