Everything was amazing EXCEPT the elevators vibrated and everyone was a little nervous. The door to the wheelchair accessible hotel room was too heavy. Very hard to open. Everything else was perfect

I stayed her for my 40th birthday and it was wonderful! I would recommend adding a blow up mattress for the couch pull out. 1” mat wasn’t enough for my 10 year old she said she didn’t sleep well. And a thick fluffy blanket for that bed. It only came with a thin one. My husband complained his pillows ...
