9.6/10 Exceptional! (198 reviews)
I’ve been in many 5 star hotel and unfortunately this is not one of them. It does look’s luxurious from the outside and around of property especially the garden area are fabulous. The inside rooms interior is outdated and I would rate as the 3+star ranking hotel. The pillows were terrible along with the mattress. Be aware that spa is optional at additional cost.

"The room was clean, and honestly better than you would expect for the price I got. The neighborhood felt safe and there were a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Instructions to find the location were clear. The locks are a little strange but the instructions were clear so I had no issues. ..."
