Very basic. If you are looking for 3 star you would be disappointed. Has everything you need for a budget stay. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. Location perfect. Breakfast was again basic but good. Would definitely stay again

Very quaint old Balinese style basic accomodat and close to everything restaurants, markets, walking distance to the beach quite clean, great value for money, staff were great friendly service ,we would definitely stay again.

The location is ideal for me. Close to shopping and restaurants and yet it’s nicely tucked away. The staff are great and always happy to help with your needs. I stayed here last year and it was a lovely surprise to see other guests had also returned too. I’ll stay here again in the future.

It is old and tired and needs a full refurbishment. The Bathroom in room 24 was appalling. I asked to change rooms but the reception staff said the hotel was full. It clearly was not full as I could see at least 10 rooms not in use. I advise people not to book to stay at this woeful place.

Absolutely the most disgraceful service from the hotel and wotif. We arrived late at night in bali, and after calling them 4 times to confirm our stay and airport transfers, they did not pick us up. We het there to a man laughing at us for not picking us up. Despite requesting a ground floor unit due to mobility issues, they had none available. The room was an absolute cess pool of filth, in which a animal would not be able to survive in. The bathroom was unuseable with mould filling every crevice and walls, and mouldy sheets, pillows cases and black liquid mould dripping from the fridge. Wotif promised to call me urgently at 9am the following morning, I'm still waiting for their call. I would absolutely avoid this hotel at all costs. Its unhabitable.

Noisy Staff.

Noisy. Found it hard to sleep. Sheets were stained. Bathroom needed a really good clean. I will not return to this hotel. Disappointing.

Well I would definitely stay here again quiet hotel good staff a little old good location short walk to beach lots of bars and restaurants market near by about 20 minute"walk to main nightclub area but plenty small good places nearby clean towels hot water air-conditioning works OK I could be picky with somethings but for price great

Nice hotel, good location

Friendly, helpful staff upon checking in. Lovely breakfast. Great air con in room, really clean, good facilities including fridge and complimentary water! Also nice cool pool. Walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. On site taxi driver, good price.

First room the shower water wasn't going down the drain so I asked to be moved and that wasn't a problem. Instead of fixing the problem they actually put other guests and the the room flooded.

I had no expectations. If you just need a room in a good location this is it. Used the room to sleep. Had breakfast included which we had delicious tropucal fruit each morning before exploring. Staff absolutely lovely.

Very tired building requiring much maintenance. Staff excellent. Food choices limited, but quality quite good. No tea/coffee facilities in rooms a great disappointment! Value for money probably 5.5/10.

This is my second stay at this hotel this year. Great location. Relaxing. Friendly . Good breakfast. Overall good value for money. The only complaint i have is that people seem to be smoking in their rooms and it irritated me at night. It is the hotels policy to only smoke outside but unfortunately nobody played by the rules . Also the maintenance in the rooms seems to be neglected. I give this hotel another chance next time i come to bali

Good location

Older hotel in good location. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping. Huge bed, average shower/bathroom, air con, fridge, tv and room safe. Stayed for 14 days and overall was happy. Would stay here again.
