Excellent place to stay. Clean and friendly staffs. The property is beautiful. I am slightly picky person and would recommend this place. It’s slightly away from shopping areas. Cabs are ample available through grab app. But for the property cleanliness it’s worth it.

The location was great as it was nice and quiet away from the Main Street. We could walk to Seminyak, Kuta and Legian without any problems. Very friendly, helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

My family & I really enjoyed our stay at the villa! It was beautiful, private, spacious and everything we were looking for in our accomodation. A short taxi ride from Legian Beach, it’s located in a quieter part of town that adds to its charm. Will definitely recommend this place to our family and friends in the future!

Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The villa was just beautiful with our own pool. A little bit out of the way but if you like the hustle and bustle of the nightlife and shopping close by it’s only a short 15 min walk or 5 min taxi ride. We worked out the short cuts through the alleyways in no time. Highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful relaxing villa
Wonderful and beautiful villa located in the middle of kuta and seminyak beach. Quiet area if you prefer privacy. Price was really reasonable. A 15-20min walk to Kuta beach. This villa is spacious and is fully equipped with private pool, outdoor kitchen, separate bathtub and shower. You can be contented staying in the whole day. Some downsides are that the outdoor area has lots of mozzies so need to apply mosquito repellent. Water from shower and sink feels a little slimy but that’s alright. Some nice and cheap local food around the area. Would definitely recommend and come back to this villa!

Beautiful suite,quite,relaxing. Its close to a lot of things so not bad of a drive. Staff were as helpful as possible. Only thing left desired was a larger breakfast availability because what's offered is some bread/pastries in the morning with juice. Maybe cereal or eggs stuff that could be cooked easily should be offered as well for the price tag.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The suite was very clean and cool and we enjoyed swimming in our private pool each day. The walk to the beach is 15-20 minutes and coffee and restaurants a short distance away.

We booked the private pool villa and it was absolutely beautiful! The room was very clean and was cleaned everyday with our permission first. There wasn’t any breakfast included but they did offer a bread box every morning with delicious pastries from one of the local bakeries. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They made our stay very enjoyable. Would definitely book again!

The suite pool was not maintained.. the pool felt slimy because the PH balance was off.. we found centipedes and cockroach in our bathroom and freaked out. The water pressure was so low that during shower the water got cut off.However when we brought this to the attention of the staff, they immediately rectified the problem for us although we had to live with it on our first day. We wish the suite was prepared well in advance of our arrival. But compliments to the staff who served us who were very polite and hospitable.

This is a great property. The staff were very helpful and the suite was clean and well maintained. It is located in a quiet area away from most tourist sites. Happily it is an easy walk to everything you need for a great vacation.

Property is located outskirt of Legian/Kuta with shopping and eateriesis just a few minutes drive away. Aircon could be serviced to make it cooler and room insulation could have been better as the traffic can be quite loud at night.

Private pool villa in Legian
We stayed at this wonderful private villa in Legian in Bali. It was so peaceful and private with its own pool. Very clean, spacious and with all amenities required like a safe, hair dryer, TV etc. There is a bath as well as a shower and Outdoor kitchen area. Each morning we got a carton of fresh juice and a box of pastries and bread. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is about a 10 minute walk to Seminyak so just set back away from the hussle and bustle. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Excellent hotel in a quiet area.
The hotel and staff were great. But the location was a little out of the way. Beach and touristy area were within walking distance - about 30 minutes through traffic and heat. But there were good eateries within few minute walk.

2nd Time have stayed in a year and have stayed elsewhere but for a perfect quiet relaxed break away from the hustle of the beach this is an oasis and everywhere is within a few dollars by taxi

Totally Recommended
Awesome stay. The villa is rather new so everything is great. The room is spacious, clean with super comfy bed complete with brand new AC and even an air purifier, the bathroom is truly ample with lots of closet space if you're planning on staying for long term. The swimming pool is completely private and it gets a lot of sun exposure, which we love. The kitchen is equipped with a big refrigerator, microwave, cappuccino maker, toaster, stove, utensils... which is great since they don't really provide breakfast (not a problem at all for us because we could either cook or just eat at amazing brunch places in Kuta/Legian area). The location is truly strategic as it is close to everything from shops, restaurants and tourists destination as it's just off Sunset Rd. If there's any downside to this place, I wish they also provide some basic salt/pepper/butter to cook so we don't have to waste these essentials at the check out time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Banyumas Suite Villla Legian. Private villa with all the amenities we required. Absolutely wonderful pool tranquil setting beautiful surrounds, comfortably catered to all our needs. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach. Easy to get taxis for trips and sightseeing. Remarkably quite amongst bustling Legian. We will be back.

Our Stay At The Banyumas
The Villa was cleaned daily and the staff were friendly.The pool was a good size to cool of in. The photos advertised are pretty much close to what the Villa looks like,but it is not a short walk to any where you really need to rely on Taxis as it is down a side street i would not advise walking at night There are some Resturants several streets away and you would need transport to get to them more so if you have children The Villa has no Tourist information at all and the staff has little idear of recommending where to visit i asked at reception on the third day to organise a driver but they didnt so i organised one myself as we had worked out where we wanted to go as we have been to Bali several times.They booked us out a day early even though we had told them our check out date 3 times and what time we needed transport back to the airport,The towels needed replacing they were a grey colour and not very Villa quality.Over all if you dont want to venture to far and are happy to spend your days by the pool that is what you will get or be prepared before you go

Excellent private pool villa, a little further out
Such a great little villa complex. A little further out from the hustle and bustle of Legian and Seminyak, but only took 5-10 minutes to walk in, or a short taxi ride. Staff were amazing in their endeavours to make sure our stay was comfortable and helped with anything that was required. The butler breakfast service was so convenient and reasonably priced as an extra to the accommodation. We took advantage of the airport transport to the villa, and were happy to pay the small extra back to the airport. We also took advantage of a late checkout as it was available for our villa on the day. The pool was inviting and in the sun for a majority of the day. The bathroom and extra large king size bed were just divine. The only improvements I can suggest is ensuring that the floors in the kitchen are oil free, as walking on them even with shoes on was slippery, and the wifi reception needs boosting. Overall an excellent stay and would recommend to anyone who doesn't mind walking into the busier areas of Legian or Seminyak or catching a taxi.

Villa was nice, staff were helpful, only real issue we had was with the choice of tiling in the kitchen. They were INCREDIBLY slippery when wet and as they are laid right up against the pool, they are always going to end up being wet. It actually lead to my partner slipping and badly injuring her ankle as we were unaware of this issue during our first use of the pool. There was also a lot of mosquitoes and other black bugs both in and out of the room.

Super staff and great property.
Excellent service staff. Very nice villa, kept clean. The pool was nice and big at about 5ft depth which is usually unlikely in a private pool. The pool seemed chlorine free too. Only issue was quite a few mosquitoes but I guess that's likely with greenery around and the water in the taps always seemed greazy. The property is not walking distance from the beach which was a drawback. But overall it was an excellent stay and would love to go back.

We'll be going back.
Had a delightful 10 1/2 days in this beautiful private pool courtyard villa. It was all we wanted privacy with the walled pool garden to relax and not be annoyed. The bed is ginormous and the pool too. There is no breakfast as such but we were supplied orange juices and bread buns/ croissants every Day. We did go to Pepitos supermarket down the road to buy milk cereal, nibbles and beer etc. we cooked one night during our stay on the stove top. It is not in the hussle and bussle ofthe lively streets of Kuta, Legian or Seminyak but only a $3-4 taxi ride away which we did twice a day. If you are looking for a retreat, relaxing stay this is for you. Recommend.

Perfect oasis to relax
Stunning villa with private pool in very quiet neighborhood. Keep in mind this villa doesn't offer breakfast, lunch or dinner but there is a cafe offering delicious food and drinks (gourmet cafe) 4 mins or you can go food shopping and use the outside kitchen. Uber is a great way to travel to seminyak or legian. Overall, this is a perfect place if you're looking for an oasis to relax. Highly recommended

Great stay, no mozzie
Amazing service to the two concierge service dudes. However only upset was the water from local tap was a little oily and soapy. (Pool water was soapy too) wonder why, perhaps the local well isn't that well. Surprisingly there's no mosquitoes ard! Cheers to the villa

Very Good villa experience
The villa and the private pool was amazing... everything was right except that breakfast isn't available! Loved the stay and the villa.. conveniently located also... a nespresso machine is also available at the villa

Good villa
The villa facility is good, conveniently located not far from Bali tourist spot which is Kuta and Legian. Great place for family holiday with privacy. Can improve on pool's cleanliness and it's too much chlorine, can tell from the smell! Pest-control is required too, we found centipedes in both bathroom. Told the receptionist during check-out and they apologize for it.
