The let down was the room and house keeping.our shower was 2 foot tall and our bath button plug leaked water so washing ourselves was difficult. Huge bed was great but when we got an extra blanket as there was only sheets on it, the blanket only covered one side of the bed.. Checked straight out, told we would receive 2 days of the paid accommodation price back of the 3 nights and we have not seen anything despite contacting Expedia as told to by the property for this to happen. Were told we would be contacted the next day by Expedia and was not. We are out of pocket this accommodation we did not stay in at all due to being unhygienic as the toilet would not flush fecal matter at all, and the alternate accommodation we booked.
