We have stayed at the Kusnadi twice now, and we will definitely be back. Our room was upgraded for us, because our original room was unsuitable. The staff were great organising this for us.

After our first night, we requested a room change because the initial room was very dirty. We were moved to a better room, but it was still not properly cleaned. The rooms could benefit from a deep cleaning, and the hotel should consider using bleach and stain remover for the sheets. On a positive note, the hotel staff were very friendly and always eager to assist.

We love the Kusnadi, So quiet and convenient. Traditional style, with squirrels and geckos roaming around. Close to the beach, shopping and other places to eat if you need a steak fix. Not usually a family hotel so the pool hasn't got a heap of kids running around, relaxing place to chill after a day out.
