It’s disappointing, the bed is so smelly . Wifi not working u have to go level 1 to have wifi the room wifi is dead . Pillow n bed is very very stink I don’t know how they wash it it’s smell like months never wash . All pillow is with stain

Nice pool. Staff are exceptionally friendly. Shower floor / shower curtain should be cleaned more thoroughly. Overall hotel was great!

Good location and price but I would not stay here again. One staff member was outstanding the following morning but the afternoon we arrived they were very unhelpful. Most staff seem jaded. Rooms need a revamp and we had paid extra for a deluxe room, but average. However water pressure in shower was good as was size of room.

Shower filthy and half blocked fixtures and fittings loose and falling off. Bed was like trying to sleep on a wooden table. Although some of the staff were lovely others were rude and commanding overall not a nice way to take a break

I have stayed at Bali Chaya 3 times. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are great and location is close to everything in Legian. Definitely stay here.

everything was good foods excelent but the hotel is not on the main street like they said in hotel.com it is on back alley fare away like one block no light at night it is not safe there is the only thing no good

Good Start in Bali
This is a quality hotel at budget prices, the staff especially Imelda were so helpful and happy. The rooms had comfy beds, great shower pressure with loads of hot water, good breakfast, good location, good pool and friendly guests - definitely no hesitation in recommending or returning here.

Perfect Legian hidden gem
The Bali Chaya was a pleasant surprise! So clean and fresh. Bed was comfortable and linen was great quality. We had a ground floor room backing onto the pool and I was loved the fact we could pop out the door and have a swim. Pool was chrystal clear at all times perfect temperature, not warm like some pools in Bali. Service was great, respectful of your privacy and relaxation and the staff were there when you needed them. I will be going back here next visit for sure. It was very very quite for a hotel so close to the hustle and bustle of Legian

Bali chaya is in a central area, good location, breakfast was good, great shower with really hot water. Only downfall which really isnt is the walk up lane at night not alot of light but we used a small torch.

At check in they told me they didn't have any rooms available with double bed... i booked it 6 months in advance... the sheets, towels and shower curtain were stained... i don't expect much when i pay that price but i at least want a clean bed and towels...

This hotel is central to all amenities. It does require new towels and sheets as towels are way over due for replacement. Shower could do with a really good clean as there is mould in the grout. Bed is hard as concrete. You get what you pay for.

Loved this hotel. Was close to places to eat, atms, 5 min walk to the beach (there’s a short cut down), friendly staff, cool pool and drinks next to the bar. Loved this hotel. Must stay here!!
