"A marquee Hotel in a wonderful part of NYC. Close to all the attractions and functional to go uptown & downtown. Storied History and wonderful staff. Wish the gym was a little larger (can be busy during mornings) and the building had a rooftop but the Villard bar is a throwback to a bygone era!"

"Rude receptionists, worst breakfast service. Hotel description says full breakfast available but just give coupons to stall. It mentions juice in it but no juice available there. Also no water bottles kept inside room. No toiletries. No microwave heating equipment for infant food. Overall not a 4-star ..."
