Beautiful lakefront property with hot tub
- Relax on the Barbee Chain of Lakes - seven lakes connected to kayak, paddle board, swim and fish! This beautiful home sits lakefront on Sawmill Lake, which is the entryway to Grassy Creek, where you can take a kayak to also enjoy Lake Tippecanoe through a boat lock/lift. There are also three restaurants on the Barbee Chain, Lake Life, Danny's Pizza and the Barbee Hotel Restaurant. Within 20 minutes from the shops at Winona Lake - and close to the quaint town of North Webster and Syracuse, Indiana. Start enjoying lake life here with family and friends, making new memories!

Home provides a pier for fishing and swimming off the pier for stays before Labor Day (or after Memorial Day in 2025). Boats not allowed to bring without previous approval by home owner. Please also note the home has one full bathroom and two additional 1/2 bathrooms. While we don’t allow pets through VRBO, the owners have a dog. If you have a pet allergy let us know in advance. There are also outdoor security cameras, i.e. Ring doorbell. There is parking that fits three cars.
