Receptionist pointed me in the direction of the gym but didn’t mention I needed a gym pass from him. He looked disinterested. "

"The hotel is very centrally located which makes it a great spot to stay. However the hotel is tired looking. The lifts are really grubby and need a refresh. the toliets downstairs also need some TLC. The staff couldn't have been nicer and I would stay again for the shear convenience. The beds were basic but comfortable. The pillows are too small and not comfortable. "
