The apartment has modern decor and a fully equipped kitchen. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 people and has free off-street parking. The apartment is 1 mile from Leeds city centre and is ideally located for access to Leeds arena. The space has recently been renovated and features a modern bathroom with a power shower and has new IKEA furniture throughout. Comfy sofa bed, smart TV and WiFi also included. On staying here you'll have access to all areas of the apartment, this includes an open plan living and kitchen room, 1 large bedroom and modern private bathroom. The apartment also has free off-street parking and a video intercom entry system. Buses to Leeds city centre are available every 5 minutes from the nearby bus stop (1 minute walk away). The bedding for the sofa bed is inside the sofa, if you lift up the end everything is ready inside! On staying here you'll have access to all areas of the apartment, this includes an open plan living and kitchen room, 1 large bedroom , living room with sofa bed and modern private bathroom. The apartment also has a private yard, bike storage and free off-street parking.
