"The Suwannee River has become our favorite destination for vacation. Although it had rained and flooded the springs during our visit we had a wonderful time. We caught 3 big catfish! We played basketball, & darts. The porch is amazing for sitting and drinking coffee and watching the river. We will definitely be back. The owners were awesome with getting us to the house as the GPS took us down the wrong road. Everything was clean and I sure appreciated the creamers provided as I forgot to buy...

"What a fantastic stay! The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and just a short drive into town for food and shopping. The lot is well kept and very spacious! Beautifully decorated. Lots of room to spread out and for larger families not to feel so on top of each other. The kitchen was very well stocked - I was impressed with all they have to offer! Pool was cold (mid may)- but kids don't care! So many places outside to sit and enjoy. Great and fast communication with owners/property manager....

"We have stayed at margaritaville once before we really enjoy the property and cabin! Unfortunately the River was flooded and the kayaks weren’t in the best condition for such an intense River. Over all we had a blast. The second floor was perfect for the teenage boys to have some privacy and fun. We had everything we need to have awesome family dinners and our pets we’re safe and in heaven!"

"The little house on the river is very homey and cozy. The river view from the windows is amazing. So many stars to gaze at during the night and the peaceful flow of the river washes away all your worries. Great place for a couples getaway or a family gathering. Dorothy the host was amazing. Very attentive and kind. I would certainly stay again. The house is very close to springs and very country. Just what I was looking for. Thanks again for opening your home to a lovely vacation."

"When enjoyed our stay. Overall, the house was neat and clean and included several extras. We had friends a couple doors down with a vacation home, so they helped us maneuver around town. We were disappointed that there was no TV in the master bedroom as per the description. The property manager explained the last guests broke it. No compensation was offered. We would stay again."

"This home was PERFECT for us!! Two youth baseball coaches and two youth baseball players. Location is out of town yet close to everything. The man cave put it over the top!! I would definitely stay here again!"
