The main floor has an open layout that is full of light. The gourmet kitchen is fitted with top appliances and a Blue Star gas range. The main floor also has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The lower level has a a family room with a pool table, another bedroom, a full bathroom and the laundry/mudroom. Our house is situated on a private street where all the houses are beautifully maintained. Family friendly and incredibly quiet. The house is also very close to Lee and Lenox, 2 very quaint and charming towns that are full of nice restaurants, coffee shops, diners, antique shops, fashion boutiques and art galleries. Tanglewood, Jacob's Pillow, Shakespeare and company, Kripalu Yoga Center and Spa are all just 10 min away. The location could not be better.... it seemed that we were no more than 15 minutes from any of our activities. The house is in a typical middle-income neighborhood and the inside has been renovated. While we didn't cook, the kitchen was very well stocked. There were plenty of towels and toilet paper. We were there during a heat wave and the air conditioning took a few hours to cool the house when we arrived, but after that, it worked well for the duration. The owner was extremely responsive. This is not hyperbole: Perfect. This place is as close to perfect as you can get. We have rented properties for Thanksgiving and other vacations for going on 30 years. This is absolutey the best house - wait - we are going to say home, because, as soon as you walk through the front door you feel like you are home. Beautiful and efficient design, lovely art work, excellent use of space. The kitchen?: Are you kidding me? They have provided absolutely everything. Period. Clean?: this is, again, no exaggeration - the cleanest property we have EVER rented. Kids?: wonderful for kids: we have 5 grandchildren 2 through 12: every one of them found great things to do and especially they found great fun to have together, both inside and in the spacious back yard with swing set and other fun things. The house is spacious with excellent lighting . My friends and I do a knitting retreat every fall. Of prime importance to us is good lighting. It was just recently renovated and it is as clean as a whistle. Ala was a delight to work with and we found the location central to all of the places we wanted to visit. But the best of all was the house exceeded our expectations in so many ways. The dining room chairs were so comfortable we found ourselves still sitting at the table talking until 11:00 p.m. The available storage space for our things in both bed and bathrooms was more than generous. ##### Janet B.
