The only issue we encountered was that the air conditioning in our room wasn’t cooling properly, which made it a bit warm. Breakfast in the panoramic restaurant on the top floor with views over the lake was memorable and one that i will remember for a long time, it really was special!"

"The room was clean and tidy albeit a little dated. We booked a double room with a cot and were supplied with two singles. The indoor pool was ideal this time of year but cleanliness of this area was not high on the priority list. Breakfast was a little bland and pre prepared and not always fresh. We consistently had a cleaning trolley outside our room in the corridor all week. Not a huge problem but not the most pleasant thing to open your door to daily. However staff were great and the hotel did everything you’d ask but a little sub standard for a 4 star."
