We kregen in de mail te horen dat we om een plek moesten staan en dan moesten bellen naar de eigenaar van het huisje. Deze parkeer plaats was alleen wat moeilijk te vinden aangezien wanneer je de plek op zoekt hij meerdere adressen aangeeft. Eenmaal bij de parkeer plek aangekomen moesten we de eigenaar bellen, dit gaat alleen niet zo makkelijk aangezien de eigenaar niks anders kan spreken dan Frans. Natuurlijk was dit van te voren aangegeven maar dan als nog was dit kompleet waardeloos. Het huis was heel makkelijk te vinden dus het was ook nergens voor nodig om op een andere locatie aftespreken. Eenmaal bij het huis aangekomen was alles best oudbollig en was ook het bestek en pannen en oven niet netjes schoon. Het meest moderne aan het huisje was de badkamer maar de vloer van de douche kan je gewoon niet lekker op staan, dus eigenlijk wil je zo snel mogelijk onder de douche vandaan. Vervolgens hebben van zaterdag tot woensdag niet in het zwembad kunnen zwemmen vanwegen een wespen plaag. Dit hebben op zondag gemeld bij de eigenaar en dinsdag eind middag werd er pas wat mee gedaan en konden woensdag middag er pas in, Dit was niet bepaald hele fijn met weer boven de 36 graden. Vervolgens konden woensdagiddag eindelijk zwemmen maar ook moesten we even wachten, want er zat een naakt kind in het zwembad. Waarschijnlijk was dit het kind van de eigenaar maar het is niet heel hygiënisch en ook niet om aan te zien. En buiten dat was het ook gewoon een beetje ascioaal als je gasten hebt die naar 4 dagen eindelijk het zwembad in kunnen. Zeker voor zoon hogen prijs hadden veel hogere verwachtingen. Voor de rest kwa uitjes en supermarkten mag je wel rekenen op een reistijd van 20 tot 30 minuten. Voor de rest was de eigenaar wel aardig maar natuurlijk kon je voor geen meter cominiseren met hem, zeker voor iemand die dit soort dingen verhuurt zou het fijn zijn dat die in ieder geval een app op zijn telefoon heb staan om wat normaal te kunnen praten tegen ons. Wij hadden gelukkig zelf hier al rekening mee gehouden maar ook dan kon het soms lastig zijn. De man gaf ook aan dat als we wat nodig hadden dat we hem moesten bellen, heel leuk en alles maar dat gaat nog al lastig als je niet met hem kan praten aangezien die niks anders dan Frans kan. En dan als laatste stonk de man ook behoorlijk naar de drank het was vrij lastig om een beetje lucht in te andemen zonder dat je een walm aan drank geur mee nam. Wij hebben een last minute geboekt in deze prachtige villa. De eigenaar was erg vriendelijk en ondanks de taalbarrière verliep de communicatie soepel. De woning is uitstekend uitgerust met alles wat nodig is voor een aangenaam verblijf. De eigenaar woont weliswaar op het terrein maar we merkten daar niets van. Het zwembad stond geheel tot onze beschikking en was heerlijk om in te vertoeven. We hebben een zeer relaxt verblijf gehad in deze villa en het is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Das Haus ist geräumig und bietet alles, was man braucht. Schlafzimmer und Bäder sind top, Küche inkl. Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber funktional und ok. Der große TV mit allen wichtigen deutschsprachigen Sendern und die 2 Couches im Wohnzimmer ermöglichten auch mal einen gemütlichen Fernsehabend. Viel öfter aber nutzten wir die tolle Bouleanlage oder spielten Poolbillard. Langeweile kam mit der tollen Freizeitausstattung nicht auf. Absolut großartig fanden wir den sehr sauberen und gepflegten Pool mit schöner Terrasse und herrlicher Aussicht, den wir täglich genutzt haben. Die angrenzende Lage von Haus und Garten der Besitzerfamilie hat uns nicht gestört. Im Gegenteil finden wir die freundliche Hilfsbereitschaft und das Engagement von Noel und seiner Familie besonders erwähnenswert. Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder! Bleibt die Lage: Ledenon ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Touren in alle Richtungen. Ja, die Rennstrecke von Ledenon hört man gut und ein Rennwochenende ist schon laut. Wir fanden das nicht schlimm - wir sind selber laut. Für Ruhesuchende, die viel am Pool liegen und entspannen möchten, ist das Haus in der Rennsaison daher eher eingeschränkt geeignet. Zusammenfassend empfehlen wir das Haus gerne für Freunde oder Familien, die nicht unbedingt Luxus brauchen, aber ein gemütliches Haus mit hohem Freizeitwert suchen. ##### Beate S. Het was een aangenaam verblijf: goeie locatie in een mooie streek, huis voldoende groot voor 2 volwassenen en 3 kinderen, aangenaam dat er airco was binnen (de basics waren in orde), goeie afsluiting van het zwembad voor kleine kids,… Het huisje kan wel wat opfrissing gebruiken. Belangrijk om te weten is dat het huisje zich net naast het huis van de eigenaar bevindt, er is wel voldoende privacy. Wat problemen gehad met het zwembad maar de eigenaar heeft dit (na wat morren) aangepakt. Het huisje ligt bovenaan in een klein Frans dorp, waardoor je via kleine wegen naar boven moet. Je niet laten afschrikken want het lukt (ook met een SUV, wel een goeie test voor de driver skills). Fijn verlof gehad in een heel mooie streek. ##### Kevin D. Der Vermieter war telefonisch erreichbar, wir waren wegen der Reinigung ab 17 Uhr im Haus. Der Vermieter holt uns zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt ab, da der Weg zum Haus sonst sehr schwer zu finden ist. Das Haus war sauber. Die Möbel und das Inventar (Küchengeräte, Gläser, Tassen, Pfannen usw.) sind auffällig minderwertig und nicht immer angenehm zu bedienen. Das Haus ist nicht so, wie es Belvilla auf den Fotos vorgeschlagen hat. Das Haus befindet sich hinter dem Haus des Eigentümers und wenn Sie auf der Terrasse sitzen, schauen Sie immer auf die Wand und die Trennwand seines Hauses. Der Pool war nicht beheizt und es gab keine möglichkeit dafür. Schade, denn das wasser war auch bei hohen temperaturen kalt. um zum pool zu gehen muss man erst von der eigenen terrasse gehen, ein stück land und dann wieder hochsteigen (ohne zaun zu schließen). Das Haus des Besitzers Der Blick zum Garten des Besitzers ist durch eine Wand und eine Leinwand geschützt. Die Hunde des Besitzers bellen immer gern, wenn Sie dort ankommen und unter die Leinwand schauen. Der Pool selbst ist sauber und Sie haben eine unglaubliche Aussicht. Das Billard und der Fußballtisch befinden sich in einer Art Pavillon neben Ihrem Haus Wieder musst du von Ihrer Terrasse über das Gelände. Es ist schön eingerichtet. Die Gegend ist wunderschön zu besuchen. Besonders der Markt von Uzes, Avignon, Nimes, Arles und Pont du Gard.! Mit Kindern empfiehlt sich auch ein Ausflug ins Musée de Bonbon (Haribo). Wir haben nicht viel Lärm von der Rennstrecke gehört, aber unser Urlaub war im August mit wenigen Tagen geöffnet. Da Sie auf dem Grundstück des Eigentümers wohnen, ist die Privatsphäre nicht immer garantiert. Die Ankunft im Haus war eine völlige Enttäuschung. Die Leute putzten noch, der Pool war sehr dreckig, das war erst am nächsten Tag in Ordnung und die sogenannte "Outdoor-Küche" ist in einem schrecklichen Zustand, wurde nicht gereinigt und ist sicher nicht benutzbar. Im Übrigen war alles ziemlich gut, aber nach 10 Stunden Autofahrt war dies ein sehr enttäuschender Empfang. ##### Rita E.
