"The front desk staff was helpful. The room was dirty: sheets were never changed/ a lot of hairs, towels were very dirty/ stains, floor wasn’t vacuumed, shower was dirty as well and no body wash whatsoever! Overall experience was terrible!"

"A stay at the Red Roof Inn on the bad side of town would probably be better than this hotel. The entire floor stank of mildew and mold, the carpet in our room was wet the entire stay, beside the bed was completely soaked in what I fear was probably toilet water. The carpet also looked to be stained ..."

"Checking in was horrible ! Got to our room and the room was dirty. Bed wasn’t made , clothes from previous guess laying on the floor , bugs in the sheets! Breakfast was horrible! The man that was putting the food out was cleaning with gloves then fixing food with the same gloves. Parking is sketchy ..."
