Reiterhof Wollesen

10/10 Excellent

Had an enjoyable stay at Rieterhof Wollesen in August 2021. We used it as a base for a few days of local photography. We stayed in a comfortable apartment with two bedrooms, one also functioned as an eating area. Small kitchenette but fully functional and we were able to prepare our own meals. The only downside was the flies - lots of them. I think we were unlucky due to the time of year (lots of flies in August), but it would be useful to have a spray provided in order to minimise them. ...

Paulsen's Landhotel und Restaurant

2 night stay here out in the wilderness. The room was great and spacious and modern. Restaurant food was a buffet on the first night which was not bad all in all. the second evening meal however left a bit to be desired. A single lady sat on our adjoining table had obviously been in the room a while. She had obviously choosen the same meal as what my wife and I had both ordered. Breaded plaice. we couldn't understand at first why she had got up and left her dinner almost uneatened. After we had...

Motel Apartments Tønder

Tonder

10/10 Excellent

This was a fantastic place and fantastic value stay; the room, kitchenette and bathroom were immaculate - super clean. The room was really well decorated, the bed was comfortable, the bedding was clean, the shower was hot and had great water pressure. There was a nice view of the garden. Everything was brilliantly designed and worked. For example, the bedside light had both a USB A and USB C charging point underneath; the first I’ve seen to have both. When I called ahead because I’d be...
