Had a couple of meals which were just okay but could of been bad choices on my part. My only complaint was the small bedroom which because of the Moroccan vibe was very dark with heavy furniture. "Historic hotel near the station and well located for the Duomo etc. the room although spacious was not very welcoming, and the breakfast was somewhat disappointing. Some lovely pieces of furniture here and there and the staff were generally very nice. One downside was a very annoying door bell that went off in the front reception for every automatic door opening, which occurred even after a light gust of wind. Shame as the hotel could be great."
