Keys never worked in doors so moved from family to a double where 2 of us had to sleep on the floor!
Staff did absolute zero to help and didn’t care.
Also a bar bill paid onthe night from other guest was put on my room which I had to pay knowing that the other table which was with us paid cash for it the night before.
