"Clean and spacious room. Pool was cool. Hot tub was awesome. Drinks and food was good too. Definitely recommend this place even for an overnight stay. "

"So I checked in and then drove into the city for a concert. Got back to the hotel to find it without power. Some people were able to go in and out of their rooms, me, no so much. I was unable to get into my room until the power came back on at midnight. I know this was a act of nature but my complaint is there was no way to get into my room. What if just stepped out to get ice and maybe left a infant in the room sleeping. The front desk was no help at all. Not so sure I would ever stay here again."

"The Placemakr is well situated right off Broadway. Our room was a spacious studio suite with a balcony on the 19th floor overlooking Broadway. Check-in was fine, the staff was not super engaging and apparently we were to receive complimentary drinks daily and it was not mentioned upon arrival. Pool area was also nice. We did appreciate the security of the property as well. If we return, we would consider this property again. If you park in the garage next to the DGX, beware of how narrow it is- a large SUV or truck would have difficulty maneuvering the spaces and exit. "

"There is nothing sound proof about these rooms and the patios/balconies are pointless if you cannot smoke on them. The building smells like a hospital. "

"Stayed over Christmas. The hotel was beautifully decorated. The atrium had lots of lights and Christmas trees. Guests were all decked out in Christmas PJ's to celebrate and enjoy their time. There staff was very friendly and helpful. They had entertainment inside the hotel and outside (Cirque and ICE) Convenient to nearby mall, General Jackson, Opry and easy ride to downtown via Uber. Waterslide park attached but we didn't use it. Lots of open space that could use more restaurants/bars in the hotel. Wonderful place to celebrate Christmas."
