Went down for a fishing trip with family there was 7 of us. We had plenty of room the bedrooms were spacious. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook. Large dining and living room. Plus side was being dog friendly. Definitely would stay there again.
Very spacious home, great for a large family's. Tucked away back in the end of a few other mobile homes. Back yard is nice and wooded and private. Plenty of space for our dogs to run. Everything needed was provided, from linens to paper products. It is a bit older, but was clean, and you can tell updates have been done. I will mention it has a kurig coffee pot that takes pods as well as traditional ground coffee and full pot. Only downside, no wifi or cable.
We planned a float trip and fishing at Bennett Springs SP and this home was close by, clean, and very quiet. We had a great place to have a fire to make smores and roast hot dogs. We would definitely stay here again!
It was good. Not any issues and was perfect for our weekend getaway with Friends to enjoy fishing and rafting.

Girls getaway
Very nice. 4 of us girls went down for a float trip and it rained the whole weekend so we stayed in the house for the whole weekend and we had a blast. It showed just the washer but there is a dryer, real nice coffee machine and microwave all kinds of pots and pans to cook in pizza cutter can opener or anything that you need they've got it there, the people were so nice they left us wood for the fire, offered us to change weekends because of the rain all weekend if we needed to without charge very very nice people very nice place to stay lots of things real close to go eat I think you'll enjoy your selfs.

Barbara’s ant issue persists. After I booked this listing, I read reviews and they were all pretty good, except Barbara’s, so I thought “we’ll, surely they’ve fixed the ant issue by now”, but no. The ants wined and dined with us…ok…whatever.I went to plug in my phone charger behind the front bedroom nightstand, and lo and behold, we had more than just the ants cohabiting with us. I found mouse droppings laid out nicely and neatly, waiting for me to find them. Ok…it happens…I get it…but then at 5 a.m. when I was awoken to the rodent choir singing their Sunday hymnals…I knew it was time to bid farewell. The checkout procedure was perplexing…the online information listed specific requirements for checkout, but then the paper on the fridge asked for the opposite…hopefully our departure of the property was found to be acceptable. I did not contact the host. I did not ask for a refund. It is what it is. We stayed, still had a good time, just might pick a different location next time.

Needs some work
I hate to leave a mediocre review, but here it is. I tried to contact the property privately to resolve before deciding to do this. Once we found the house (it is at the back of the property), it was a little difficult to enter. It has a doorknob that locks if you turn one way and opens the other way. When I tried to call the contact provided, it said the phone was not taking calls at that time. I texted. Before I got a response, we found another door was unlocked and got in that way, then figured out the front door. The contact texted back, letting me know she was out of town and was unaware she wasn't receiving calls since she'd gotten calls from others throughout the day.As we unpacked groceries (we prefer to cook), I noticed that there were ants and a dead bug on the kitchen counter. I texted the contact again, but got no response. I suspect they are aware of the issue, because there was no creamer or sugar for the coffee. We kept the food we brought packed in coolers. The ants made it challenging to fix plates, etc., because they were quickly on any kind of food on the counter. The appliances worked well, and it was nice to have an actual coffee pot as well as a Keurig.Later, I went to shower in the primary bathroom, only to discover that the hot water faucet was partially disassembled. It was difficult to get the hot water turned on. There was plenty of hot water, and the water pressure was decent. We chose to cut our trip short. I texted the contact to let her know, once again bringing up the ant issue. Her only response was, "I hope you enjoyed your stay otherwise." I emailed through the VRBO site the next day and waited 24 hours before posting this review.
