Guests have full access to the entire first floor, private deck, hot tub, fire pit, lawn, and driveway during their stay. The only exceptions are a few locked storage cabinets reserved for owner use and the 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs that we request remain unused. The house was comfortable and the views were amazing, however the house is between the owner’s own home and their garage. We felt it was not as private as we would have liked. The backyard was very beautiful for relaxing.
