The staff, rooms, food, pool, and overall experience was great! The only detractor was the room we had was directly above the train tracks. That coupled with nearby construction caused lots of noise. If you are heavy sleepers like we are you will be fine but maybe check with the front desk to see if you can have a room on the other side of the hotel if not.
