I had corner unit so I overlooked at Bay great firework show on Friday night from Balcony loud cruisers in evening with blaring music heard all the way up to 16th floor not in properties control, Shopping Ala Moana mall almost attached convenient bridge to walk across with out have to cross streets

Noisy rooms, dated property, crappy restaurants and “bakery” with machine made coffee drinks, too busy for available space and amenities, all staff unfriendly (except housekeeper who was friendly), lines everywhere, including starting at 6am to get chairs. Overall not at all what we expected from a “resort.” If coming to Waikiki, keep looking for a different property.

Although a very outdated building/rooms, the staff did their best to make sure everything is nice, clean and comfortable. Room v small, wish there was more furniture, like a table, and same goes for the bathroom. Location wise is top. We could see the ocean from our balcony.
