    A relaxing Black Hills holiday awaits at Buffalo Lodge, a spacious three-story pinetop cabin near Lead with room for the whole family and a covered hot tub on one of four decks framing amazing mountain views. The beautifully appointed interior pairs a cozy living-room fireplace and streaming with a versatile upstairs featuring an exercise bike, a two-person Galaga arcade table, a remote-work desk, and another TV, while the full kitchen, large dining table, and breakfast bar set the stage for family feasts.

We had a great time and the house was a perfect size for two families to fit in and still have enough space and activities for the small amount of time we spent there as we fill each of our days with lots of site seeing.

Lovely home, beautiful area, nice location

The house worked great for the 16 of us that came for our family get-together. We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace and grill and the indoor gas fireplace. All the furnishings and beds were comfortable and clean. Great place. Will likely be back again next year!

Family Fun

We have two sons--both families of five. The arrangement was great. One family took the lower level and one the upper level. We were on the main level. Some of the grandkids (in their 20s) used the hot tub. Very nice gas grill on the deck that we used. The incidentals were well supplied.

Nothing was clean. Moldy dishes, had to clean dishes before even use. Main house breaker was off was extremely hot in the house, till my fiancé found out about the breaker to turn on so a/c would work. Wall heater was on. Floors were not clean. Hair balls on the floor. Layer of dust/hair rocks on everything. Food in fridge. Sticky floors. Beds were not clean looked like someone had recently stayed in a few. No hot tub. Few doors won’t stay latched unless deadbolted. No hot tub, one party member maintains hot tubs for a living, states it was still was winterized. I understood if it truly was broke and a partial refund was given. Bathtub in master bedroom drain plug did not work for littles to take a bath. Plus misc. left a list at the house. Home seemed to never be prepared and brought out of winterization. Will not be recommending.

Buffalo house.

This is a beautiful property and the only issue we had was with all atv and utvs running up and down the roads in front and behind the property early in the morning until late at night. Many of them were well above the posted speed limit. We all enjoyed the spacious common areas, deck and eating area. We would like to stay there again in the future.
