    VIP REFUGE is situated on a 2,000-square-meter lot in a quiet, secluded location, featuring a beautiful south-facing terrace. The heated lagoon-style pool (April through mid-November) and the spa overlooking an infinity waterfall (year-round) offer the perfect setting for relaxation and blend seamlessly into the overall design!

    Upon entering this eco-friendly, bioclimatic arch, you’ll feel completely transported. A sense of spaciousness, design, and serenity immediately envelops you. The living area, with its 4.20m-high ceiling and two large floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto the terrace, gives the sensation of still being surrounded by nature.

    The spacious living area, featuring a sofa, a 214-cm TV with a home theatre system, and a high-tech kitchen, offers a striking contrast: that of space, luxury, and design in the heart of nature.

    The two bedrooms—one of which opens onto the mezzanine—are very bright and feature soothing decor.
