It comprises 5 bedrooms, a living/dining room/fitted and equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and 2 separate toilets. A south-facing terrace with garden furniture and a pergola completes the property. There is also a private, heated 8m swimming pool with a flat bottom. The location is peaceful yet only 100 metres from all shops (bakery, butcher, mini-market, hairdresser, greengrocer, restaurants) and doctors, physiotherapists, and a pharmacy. Near the Sea of ​​Fréjus/St Aygulf and the Verdon Gorges, nearby lakes (St Croix and Carcès) PGJyPg Hiking and mountain biking

robinet casséstore qui ne fonctionne paspied de table casséporte fenêtre qui ne ferme pas et vous laisse à la merci de qui voudrait entrer dans la maisonauvent complement cassésol sale lit avec des lattes manquante.le propriétaire n'entretient rien mais ose l'accusation le ton menaçant parce qu'il découvre un énième meuble cassé à votre départ.
