The room was very nice, the problem was the service and customer experience. At this price point, I would expect a working television. Once it was begrudgingly acknowledged that the t.v. was on lock, calls were made- however, the situation was not resolved over my 2 day, $1500 stay. Everything else was great but when an issue as large as this (I was planning to watch movies all weekend) goes unresolved for 2 days- it kind of gives you a bad vibe. They did give me a $50 discount upon checkout but I would have gladly paid $50 to have the issue resolved and feel respected as a guest. Enjoy the spa, I would think twice about staying there- guest services need work." My wife wanted to leave immediately unfortunately we would have forfeited $700 so we stayed and endured the sorry accommodations. Never would recommend this facility."
