Best accommodations ever
We have used vacation rentals all over the world for over 20 years. This was the winner for us!! The host and on site help were fabulous. Can’t say enough good things about the home, grounds and the location. Winner, winner chicken dinner.

Vacation Village Happiness
The home was beautiful with a large garden and pool and extra fun perk of the tennis court. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated with old world charm but modern conveniences. The kitchen was very well equipped for large family dinners. We especially loved the outdoor tables and ample umbrellas to hide from the heavy heat of July. Perfectly located for easy walking to village resources and the lovely restaurant of Le Clos St Pierre. Nearby villages of Roquefort Les Pins had a fun amusement park for the 6 kiddos in our party. Lots of construction in area but noise was tolerable. Bring mosquito spray but that's for all of the south of France in the summer. Very kind caretakers on property but barely saw them.

Incredible location and amenities
We stayed for a week in this luxurious villa. We played tennis in the cool mornings and swam in the pool on the hot afternoons. It was spotless and very well kept. The owner communicated clearly and was kind enough to allow us to shift our time forward due to COVID-19 travel restrictions. The location in Le Rouret is quiet (short walk to town and amenities). Cannes and most of the French Riviera are less than an hour’s drive away. The cooking families are well appointed. There’s plenty of room for each family member to have their own space. Overall, I would give both the owner and her home in Le Rouret the highest recommendation.

Beautiful Property near Nice
The house and the grounds are absolutely lovely. The house is large and wonderful for a large group . The house is beautifully appointed, with attention to its history. It is a perfect blend of old charm and new comforts. There is a bocce court and a great tennis court with a large yard. It is very private. The location is perfect to visit towns near Nice. St Paul de Vence, Grasse and Valbonne were our favorites. The caretaker couple who lives on the grounds are very responsive to any questions or needs you may have. The owner is also very helpful. Our family of 11, with children, enjoyed a very special time at this property. We had very hot weather during our July stay but the air conditioners in the bedrooms and the large fabulous pool made our stay very pleasant. We would rent this property again in a heartbeat. We can't say enough good things about it.

Beautiful and comfortable house
We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this beautiful property. It has a well equipped kitchen, exceptionally comfortable bedrooms and lots of different seating and dining areas in the garden, which worked really well for us as a larger group. The views across to the Mediterranean are lovely too. We enjoyed walking into the village each morning to buy our croissants at the boulangerie and also ate out at two of the local restaurants, all a short walk from the property. The caretakers who live discreetly on site were very helpful and keep the house and garden spotless. I also appreciated how flexible the owner was beforehand because of all the uncertainties with travel to France due to Covid. All in all, I can’t recommend La Respelido highly enough!

Perfect!
What an incredible experience. Firstly with the owner....its like talking to a friend you've known for years. Everything was smooth and straightforward. Caroline was flexible and accommodating every step of the way. As for La Respelido, just an incredible property. Beautiful well maintained grounds for children to run around and play all day, heated pool with a safety cover that is easy to use. The villa itself is quite spacious, with sizable bedrooms, all en-suite, huge kitchen and a lovely outside area under the vines for outdoor meals. We hosted a catered lunch, we had multiple dinners and bbq's and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked for all events. The cleaning lady, Cherryl is lovely and does a great job taking care of the villa during the stay, we booked her daily. Her husband Ru takes care of the grounds and between they help with pretty much anything you need while there. Great stay, great host, great villa, great location.

Lovely stay at Le Respelido. Wonderful, spacious and comfortable house and home. Nicely, and stylishly, furnished with a blend of antique and modern. Large doors and windows open up the house to the gardens. Lovely and well equipped kitchen. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Landscaped grounds delightful and very well maintained and full of flowers and trees. Plenty of both sun and shade through the day. Nice views from the terrace. Good pool. Air conditioned for hot nights. Bakery and fresh produce market in easy walking distance and supermarket a few minutes drive. Good restaurant in village. Owner, Caroline, very easy to deal with. Rental cost reflects the quality of the property and is good value for such a high quality house and relaxing garden.

Beautiful house but a bit farther away from the beaches than I expected.
Nice kitchen, spacious grounds and the master suite is well appointed. The owner and staff were great as well. Only downside to me coming from US is understanding the 10km can take 45 minutes in summer here.

Amazing house and property
Respelido is an amazing property. Perfectly located in the hills of Le Rouret with magnificent views, sea and mountain views. Everything from the booking to arrival and check-out has been seamless. Very friendly & caring owners as well as an amazing couple taking care of the house on the property. 5star hotel service! The house is fantastic. Great place for families and friends to spend time together. The village of Le Rouret with various shops and restaurant all in walking distance. In-house amenities 5* hotel like. We enjoyed particularly the great selection of TV channels and TV on-demand from all over the world. The outside space is also amazing. Great pool and outdoor facilities (lounges, pizza oven, sun beds, ping pong, tennis etc). The garden is to be discovered and enjoyed as well. We had an incredible relaxing stay at Respelido. We enjoyed everytime coming back to the house and spending time there. To be repeated...

Fabulous property near Valbonne
La Respelido is a wonderful house and has everything you need. And more! No need to leave the property. The house and grounds are very spacious, well maintained and the photo's give an accurate picture of all there is at La Respelido. The owner, Caroline is very responsive, and the couple maintaining the property (living on the grounds) are very kind and make sure not to disturb the guests. A true treasure in the South of France!
