NEW ..GRAND LOFT in VILLA, 1 bedroom 1 double bed plus 1 futon 4 potential places, feet in the water of 115m2 panoramic view of each places on the sea in house of 450 m2 empty (the last one is closed for storage! )
About 160m2 of terraces, patios, sunny pergolas facing south / west with furniture.
A convertible sofa has been added in the bedroom: 2 places + 1 double bed
a view overlooking the sea, an Asian patio, pergolas for quiet dinner or lunch in the back or aperitif evening in the back kitchen
A unique decoration published in a magazine, high-tech kitchen equipped
All the necessary equipment since it is occupied in winter.
Possibility of a sunrise evening on the sea terrace with colors that change every time.
Large screen TV with connected curve (may “bug” depending on the wind, please note)
Departure GR 34 path at the bottom of the loft for hikers and its quay in front of the front door as well as a beach below, just bathe with your towel and go back!
Kayak departure just in front of the door 3 kayaks available to discover the creeks (subject to boat license) or book at the white mill kayaks, catamarans etc.
The last one is locked to store things.
