I have stayed two different times now. Both times have been wonderful. We received room upgrades and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and quiet. The location is perfect! Very walkable and close to the Chateau Frontenac and the main tourist areas. Loved both of my stays here! We will be back.
