Bonsoir, J'avais réservé une chambre par internet. Mais le jour J on s'aperçoit qu'une odeur est désagréable dans la salle de bain. Sans problème et naturellement, le personnel nous a trouvé une nouvelle chambre. J'ai beaucoup apprécié et le personnel a toujours été à notre écoute sur quoi que ce soit. Personnel HUMAIN ! HOTEL TRES TRES BIEN. Il fait parti de mon carnet d'adresse cet Hotel. TROP TOP ET TROP GENIAL. Merci à vous le personnel et désolée... Nous avons été un peu bordélique samedi matin, pour la femme de ménage... A bientôt

El hotel está situado cerca del centro, pero en una zona donde se puede aparcar. Está limpio y bien acondicionado. La habitación estándar es un poco pequeña para un hotel de esta categoría, pero es lo habitual en Francia, según nuestra experiencia. Lo que es absolutamente excepcional del hotel es su personal de recepción. Las tres recepcionistas, particularmente la de la tarde, fueron extremadamente amables y serviciales. Ellas le otorgan al hotel las estrellas que tiene.

Great location; Charming hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel du Parc. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the old city. We only stayed one night but our room was clean and comfortable and the service was very good. We'd definitely stay there again.

Chambre très propre et confortable mais petite; salle de bains impeccable. Petit déjeuner très succin pas digne d'un 4* Déception de la disparition du restaurant, la présence de F. Gagnaire était l'une des motivations du choix de cet hôtel. Regrettable que le site ne soit pas à jour. Parking très utile mais difficile d’accès pour une voiture de plus de 4,75 m.

ホテル、レストランともお勧めです。

二泊しました。駅から歩いて行ける距離で、観光の中心にも近く便利でした。ホテル自体、また併設のミシュラン一つ星のレストランも値段に比べてレベルが高かったです。フルコースではなく、メインを肉か魚かどちらか選ぶ60ユーロのコースにしましたが前菜の前に三品凝ったアミューズ？が出て、フランス料理って今こうなのかと一皿目から楽しみました。いいワインも日本に比べるとかなり安く飲めます。日本だとちゃんとしたところでディナーすると飲み物等込みで最低でも二万円ぐらいしてきたのでありがたかった。二日とも夕食をとりましたが満席だったので予約なさったほうがいいと思います。デザートの時間になるとシェフが各テーブルを回って挨拶なさいますが、とても感じのいい方でスタッフの皆さんも気持ちのいい対応でした。女性の一人旅だと夜はあまり出歩きたくないし、昼は食事に長時間とられるより、観光に時間を割きたいので、ホテルにいいレストランがあるというのはよかったです。既に出されている評価通りとてもいいところだと思います。

The Hotel is well located, very close to the beautiful historic district of Le Puy. The staff was pleasant and accommodating, and sometimes English speaking (speaking French in this part of the world helps.) Their Michelin starred restaurant is a knock-out, expensive... but that meal would cost much more elsewhere. My only real complaint: you cannot get Wifi in the hotel. Perhaps too many people were Skyping?

A really good hotel

We had two of the suites for a single night of luxury for the four of us. The quality of the accommodation was excellent - the bathrooms were especially good and the beds comfortable - nice and firm. We also had a fantastic meal in the restaurant - the food was to die for and the service was friendly, unfussy and swift. We can highly recommend this hotel and it is very convenient for the main sights of Le Puy. Just a note of warning - they only have two rooms in the whole hotel which are twin bedded, so if you're coming with a friend rather than partner you need to book early and make sure they have the request for twin beds.
