  • Charming apartment of 50 m2 on the ground floor in a small secure and wooded residence.

    300 metres from the sea, and 2.8 km from the Provencal village of Le Pradet.

    A real little cocoon to relax and enjoy the area... The apartment is equipped with a bedroom, 1 bathroom and another sleeping sofa bed.
    Well equipped and functional. It can suit everyone: couples, solo travellers, families (with children) ideal 4 people.


    You will appreciate the green environment, the calm, the large sunny park and the central swimming pool open from April to September.

    I am at your disposal for any further information.

    Linen is provided, 20 euros per person per stay, including bed linen and towels.

Un belle appartement près de la plage des oursinieres

Un lieu de villégiature apprécié par la famille près des plages de la Garonne et des oursinieres qui nous a permis de profiter de la fin de l'été et de nos amis et famille.

Urlaub in Südfrankreich

Erholsam und schön. Eine wunderbare Gegend zum Baden, Schnorcheln, Erkunden und Wandern. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind gut zu erreichen. Die Lage und die Ausstattung der Wohnung sowie der Anlage sind ideal. Wir haben das französische Leben in Le Pradet genossen.

L'appartement est agréable, bien situé, bien équipé, et tout fonctionne parfaitement. Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la mer, et nous avons profité de la piscine (bien entretenue) en fin de journée. De plus, l’accueil de Géraldine est chaleureux et ses conseils judicieux. Bref, vacances réussies !...

Excellent séjour !!!

Je conseille vivement cet appartement donnant directement sur la piscine en accès direct de la véranda partagé par les autres locataires et propriétaires de la résidence, la mer à moins de 1km à pied l'idéal quand on a un enfant en bas âge pas besoin de prendre la voiture et cela permets d'alterner plage/piscine !! La région est magnifique à voir et visiter L'hôte est disponible dès que besoin par le biais direct de son numéro personnel, logement adapté pour une famille avec enfants, propre, l'idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances !!!

Logement bien équipé

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, le logement est bien équipé, bien placé, à proximité du port du pradet. La piscine a été très appréciée également. La région est magnifique. Nous en garderons un bon souvenir.
