Hôte sympathique et serviable. Logement atypique proche de la mer et des commerces, il est adapté aux personnes en perte d'autonomie. Il convient davantage à une famille (salle de douche-wc en enfilade d'une chambre).
Pas très propre, finitions dégradées, et surtout une douche et un wc sans isolation, donnant sur une chambre... pour 5 personnes. as de wifi. Pourrait être très bien avec quelques travaux?
Parfait pour tout faire à pieds : centre-ville, plage, randonnée, ... la voiture peut rester garée dans la rue devant l’appartement, non payante. L’appartement comprend deux chambres fermées (une avec deux lits 1 personne, et une sans fenêtre avec un lit 1 personne et un lit 2 personnes), et une chambre ouverte sur le salon et donnant sur la salle de bain et toilettes avec un lit 2 personnes. La cuisine est bien équipée, il manquerait juste des plaques de cuisson (une plaque à induction mais il y a aussi une plancha sur la terrasse). Le propriétaire est fort sympathique et a à coeur de donner dès la remise des clés toutes les informations pour profiter au mieux de la région qui regorge d’une multitude d’activités.
La situation de cette propriété est excellente pour un séjour avec des enfants.
Nous avons tout fait à pied...plage...plaine de jeux...courses....marché...
Un réel plaisir et un excellent contact avec le propriétaire !
