Very helpful and friendly host. Saw that we had bikes on the back of the car and stored them overnight in his garage to make sure they were safe. Le Portel is a nice place with plenty of places to eat and of course a nice view of the sea. The view from the apartment was fantastic and the apartment itself was clean and comfortable. We used it as a stopover before travelling further south and can highly recommend it
Etwas abseits der Touristenhotspots mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Man ist trotzdem mittendrin im Leben. Auch im Oktober noch viele offene Restaurants und Cafes im Umkreis. Der Markt und mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es gab auch einen sehr netten Kontakt zum Wohnungseigentümer.

Vor dem Urlaub keine Problemlösung möglich,
nach dem Urlaub keinerlei Rückmeldung trotz mehrfacher Mails. Das wird wohl gerichtlich geklärt werden müssen,
da Expedia ja nicht einmal erreichbar ist!
Ich bin mal gespannt, ob die Bewertung von Expedia für zukünftige Kunden einsehbar ist!
Het uitzicht is prachtig, locatie is perfect. Serge is een hele vriendelijke gastheer. Het appartement is wel wat verouderd . Badkamer is klein. Verblijf was heerlijk.
Appartement conforme à nos attentes. Le propriétaire nous a réservé un bon accueil, était convivial et très disponible. Immeuble ancien mais bien situé, avec vue directe sur la mer, environnement calme, équipement très satisfaisant et literie de bonne qualité. A refaire sans hésitation.

Je me suis trompee de date de reservation .
Je suis arrivée le 28 , alors que je croyais dur comme fer , que nous etions le 29 .
Le proprietaire est tres conciliant , il m'a rembourser 90 euros par cheque .
Je le remercie , il etait pas obliger .
Je trouve que monsieur Saveant Serge ne perd pas son côté humain .
Je tenais à le souligner , parce que rare sont les gens comme ça .

Très bon weekend avec un Monsieur très gentil et accueillant. La vue est sublime.
Seul bémol, le voisin du dessus qui vit la nuit. Par conséquent, nous avons très peu dormi. Le propriétaire va en discuter avec le voisin.
Sinon je recommande.
