Fully renovated house across from the Poet Laval stadium; peace and quiet guaranteed. The village of Poet Laval is listed as one of the most beautiful villages in France. Close to Dieulefit and Montélimar—typical villages of the Drôme region—there are plenty of activities to enjoy. Markets, a brasserie, a wine cellar, a bakery, and more are all within a short distance.

Ground floor—open living space with kitchen, dining room, and living room that can easily accommodate up to 10 people.

Ground floor - 4 bedrooms (2 facing the street / 2 facing the garden) with 2 shower rooms. 2 bedrooms with double beds (160), 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 children).

Laundry room in the garage with washing machine and dryer.

Outdoors: 4x2m secure pool with a roller cover. Garden and large terrace equipped for outdoor dining and socialising.

Parking available.

** Household linens available for an additional fee: €12.50 per single bed / €25 per double bed. Linens include sheets, towels, tea towels, and bath mats.

** Fully automatic coffee maker: coffee beans

** If the maximum number of guests is reached (10 people), we limit the number of infants to 2 per reservation. If the number of guests (adults + children) exceeds the maximum authorised capacity, the reservation will be cancelled without a refund.

** Essential supplies are provided upon your arrival (dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, etc.). The guest must provide for the remainder of the stay.

** Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. When possible, we may allow check-out until 12:00 p.m. Beyond that time, we charge an additional €15 per adult to use the facilities until 5:00 p.m.

We cannot guarantee that the pool will be open before May 15.
