"The apartment itself was very comfortable, however, despite having 6 weeks notice that my flight arrived in Nantes at 9pm, I was sent a message on the afternoon of the first day of my stay (while I was at the airport waiting to get on the plane) saying that despite having received payment in full for the two night stay, they would not give me a key as they didn't have a copy of my credit card. The phone number for the hotel was not answered despite 20 calls. Hotels. Com did not help either...

"Very functional place to stay, especially for a work trip. Unusually good lighting! And a nice large table to work at. Very firm mattress . The tiny kitchen area is good for heating up food that you buy at the convenience grocery nearby. Don’t pay in advance for the sub-par breakfast; crowded and slow on busy days. Go to the Cafe des Plantes around the corner! It’s misleading that they advertise a gym: a tiny room with one bike, one rower, and no weights or bar. I’d consider staying there again...

"Or group found this home to be perfect. We have stayed in Antigua many times and loved the location. A nice neighborhood feel and close to many nice restaurants. There is a car park near by, but please be careful on Saturday's as there is a market on the upper part and they will tow your car away if it is on this part. However, upon check in, we were charged for 2 nights, despite said approval. There was no reasoning with the manager, she insisted that we had no right for a refund because I had said we would leave in the evening, even though we left in the morning, and despite teh fact she had previously approved the booking...

"The Staff was so helpful and friendly. They brought the plugs I needed for my machines and an iron for my poster presentation. It was very close to the convention center and easy to walk to sites such as the residence of the Duke and the botanical garden and the iconic Lu factory and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious as the eggs were nicely cooked and good breads and cheeses and prosciutto as well as fruits and cereals. English tv options were minimal. "

"I would love to keep this gem of a hotel a secret but it’s way too good not to share. From the moment we entered, the staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. The hotel smells so clean and fresh and has a lovely sophistication about it. We sat on the outdoor terrace and enjoyed a lovely coffee. The candy jars were a nice touch too. Room was lovely, spotless and had a great shower. Towels were huge!! Special mention to David who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. I hope the hotel can maintain their high standards and great value. The outstanding attitude of the staff makes this a stand out choice. "
