Nous avons apprécié la pièce de vie et la climatisation. Il y a également pas mal d’équipements : beaucoup de vaisselle pour les grands et les petits, produits d’entretien, éléments de base etc. Mention spéciale à Luc, le voisin, qui gère la location : toujours arrangeant, disponible et agréable, il nous a donné beaucoup de conseils qui nous ont été très utiles. En revanche, pas mal de points négatifs : une chambre avec 2 lits tiroirs, mais impossible d'ouvrir les 2 en même temps (le propriétaire était au courant mais n’a pas modifié son annonce pour autant !) Quelle déception pour nos filles ! Hormis une douche dans une chambre, il n’y a qu’une véritable salle d’eau. Beaucoup trop juste lorsque nous séjournons à 8… Dans l’ensemble, la maison semblait propre, mais mieux valait ne pas regarder dans les coins et l’état des sols laissait franchement à désirer. Quand on paye 100€ de frais de ménage en fin de séjour, on s’attend à trouver une maison impeccable, ce qui est loin d’être le cas. Autres points dérangeants : le frigo et la poubelle ne se trouvent pas dans la cuisine, mais sur la terrasse adjacente. Un peu pénible de faire tous ces allers et retours. Surtout lorsqu’on cuisine ! Enfin, le jardin n’est pas du tout adapté pour les enfants (en escalier et beaucoup de cactus). Pour conclure, le tarif de la location est loin d’être justifié.
