Hotel was lovely, generally.
Staff very friendly and hardworking
Locality beautiful
Breakfast lovely
Evening buffet - food often luke warm
Negatives
Queues too long at beach bar - up to 30 minutes for a drink- desperately needs more staff as they were rushed off their feet.
Reception needs a map of the area- had no idea that we could walk to other beaches from hotel until last day. (we had not hired a car)
Not told we could do activities independently by reception. eg. We wanted to go whale watching - this is only available on a Sunday and were 'put off' doing it individually as it was 'so far away'. Turns out you can do in next town.
Hotel really quiet one night - turns out there was a band in the next hotel - no information about this
Toilet paper needs a hold in room bathrooms as sitting on the sink it gets splashed by taps - just a small thing!

Just back from a 4 week stay in Guadeloupe. Great apartment, quiet area, a car is recommended, beautiful view from a spacious balcony, nice pool, Jeff, the property manager was so helpful, he even drove us around until we rented our car. I would highly recommend this apartment,

La maison est bien, mais le propriétaire a tout gâché. Très envahissant dès le début. Le premier matin, on part à la course avec nos deux enfants et on oublie d'éteindre la clim. Le soir, il nous fait la morale, dit que c'est de la « méchanceté » de notre part, et nous tourne le dos quand je m'explique. ...
