The secure residence offers an indoor parking space. This charming 2-room apartment is composed of a modern fitted kitchen which opens onto a terrace. The air-conditioned lounge with wifi flat-screen TV has a desk area. A bathroom with secure walk-in shower, a washbasin with large mirror and plenty of storage. Next to it, the quiet separate bedroom with window and double door opening onto the passageway with a double bed, cupboard and shelves. You will love this cozy little nest! 50 meters walk from the Plage des Alizés and the Plage de l'Autre Bord, one of the most beautiful beaches in Guadeloupe in a turquoise lagoon with its fine white sand. At 100 meters, the fitness trail on the coastal area offers a dozen fitness devices at your disposal. It is connected to the Dauphins beach appreciated for its natural swimming pool and supervised swimming. 150 meters from the beach, the Leisure Park with swimming pool and slide offers water activities such as Aquabike and Aquagym. Around the Park, accessible activities such as Beach tennis, Beach volleyball Beach football and petanque.
