A haven of peace in lush greenery overlooking the Pitons du Carbet, Mount Pelée and the Caribbean Sea
Located at the foot of the Pitons du Carbet (2nd peak in Martinique), this villa offers a magnificent view of the Pelée Mountain, the Pitons du Carbet and the Caribbean Sea. It is a true haven of peace located 25 minutes from Fort-de-France and 15 minutes from the beaches of Carbet and Saint Pierre in the middle of lush greenery with a wide variety of flowers.

Il faut aimer la nature et l'aventure.

Pas pratique si vous ne disposez pas de véhicule. Les routes sont sinueuses et pleins de virages. Assez loin de la ville.

Cette jolie maison bien équipée est située dans un quartier authentique du Morne-Vert. C'est un ecrin de verdure avec son magnifique jardin rempli d'arbres fruitiers et de fleurs. Le voisinage est très sympathique et très accueillant. C'est le calme absolu.... Les enfants ont fait de belles parties de cache cache..... C'est sûr, nous reviendrons.

Belle maison en hauteur

Très belle maison de 3 chambres spacieuses. Le salon est grand et convivial. André est serviable, réactif et nos échanges ont été très agréables. Le seul petit point à prendre en considération est la localisation de la maison en morne et donc en hauteur avec une route assez sinueuse et en pente.ceci ne nous a pas empêche de profiter de notre séjour sur place et d'apprécier la maison et ses extérieurs.
