### Villa La Cocoteraie, 400 sqm, close to the beach, in a beautiful garden

Luxurious 400 m² Villa opposite a white sandy beach in a beautiful garden of palm trees, with private pool and housekeeper /cook up to 7 people;   
  
This house is located in a very quiet area, far away from tourism in the south of the Island 5 minutes away from Morne Brabant by car where you will find the golf course and water sports facilities.  
The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden of palm trees, with the sea at the left and a great view of the well known Mountain Le Morne.  
  
Bathing in front of the house is ideal for small children, with its white and fine sandy beach and shallow water. A few meters further it is nice for swimming and snorkeling. The Bay is protected and very nice to enjoy throughout the year.  
  
The south coast is wild and natural with beautiful beaches and cliffs further to the east.  
  
Two maids come 6x/week.  
Food and Beverage are not included.  
  
The international spot for kiting and windsurfing called « One Eye » is only 5 minutes away by car.   
The bus comes every half hour and stops right in front of the property.  
  
You can rent a fishing boat in the nearby village of Le Morne for trips on the lagoon.  
In Rivière Noire, you will discover deep sea fishing. You call also see dolphins and enjoy catamaran outings, diving and snorkeling.  
Golf is possible at Le Morne Brabant or Bel Ombre.  
  
The famous golf courses of the hotel Le Morne Brabant Paradis and the golf course of Bel Ombre are onlz 5 -10 min by car.  
The site and waterfalls of Chamarel are“around the corner“.   
Next Supermarket and restaurants are at 10 min. in la Gaulette.  
  
For those who enjoy deer hunting, we hunt in June/July/August and subject to payment the client can attend and shoot deer if he is a certified hunter.  
  
The furniture of the villa is rustic chic.  
Bedroom No.1: One double bed (two mattresses). Master bedroom opening onto a small terrace overlooking the garden and swimming pool with adjoining bathroom, shower, toilet and shower outdoors. Air conditioning + ceiling   
  
fan.  
Bedroom No.2: Two single beds adjusted as a double bed with en suite bathroom, shower and toilet. Opening onto the front terrace and garden; Air conditioning + ceiling fan  
  
Bedroom No.3: Two single beds adjusted as a double Bed with en suite bathroom, shower, toilet Air condition  
  
Bedroom No.4 on request: small room used as office, opening onto the rear terrace; a single bed , for 1 adult child. Ceiling fan.  
  
T.V. with cable / satellite. + DVD  
  
There are a cot, highchair and a baby bath tub.  
  
In the price is for 1 – 6 people, includes the services of the housekeeper, the cook for 2 people, electricity and water, wifi, taxes.   
Food and beverage are not included.

#### Shabby chic in heaven

Extremely comfortable house in lovely gardens and excellent island situation. We wanted space and this place has this. The house is well equipped, has a lovely master bedroom, a great comfortable bed and a delightful outdoor shower. There were a few issues but it would be curmudgeonly to share these when the house gave us such a wonderful month.

La villa est très spacieuse, confortable, entourée de beaucoup de verdure et parfaitement conforme à l’annonce. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un cadre agréable et reposant. Les propriétaires sont très gentils, accueillants et à l’écoute (si vous nous lisez : encore merci pour votre accueil chaleureux et bonne continuation à vous !).
