Charming waterside chalet La Zaubette

This small chalet of 66m2 is located in a garden with a pond. It offers you peace and rest in the heart of the Ménil valley. You will take advantage of the many hiking trails nearby to discover the lakes and waterfalls of the Hautes-Vosges. Adventure sports (mountain biking, tree climbing, summer sledging, skiing...): Ventron (14 min), Bussang (15 min), La Bresse (18 min), Gérardmer (30 min) and Alsace 30 min. Gastronomy, crafts, nature, Vosges attitude guaranteed.<br>Access to the sauna included for any rental of 5 nights minimum (optional at 50€ otherwise) with dressing gowns, sauna sheets, essential oils and candles for complete relaxation. The sauna is shared with the neighbouring chalet, it is very easy to arrange with its occupants to easily benefit from 2 to 3 hours of access per day.<br>The accommodation<br>The chalet is equipped to comfortably accommodate 4 people. Located on the "La Feigne sur de l'Eau" estate, the chalet is nestled in a 2,250 m2 fully landscaped garden with pond: relaxation is guaranteed.<br>The magnificent biodiversity of the lake is the reason why we refuse animals.<br><br>Layout of the chalet:<br>- 1 living room with fully equipped open kitchen, living room with French doors to the terrace, Godin stove to warm up the atmosphere,<br>- 1 master bedroom on one level (double bed), access to the terrace,<br>- 1 bathroom with walk-in shower,<br>- 1 toilet,<br><br>Upstairs:<br>- 1 bedroom under the roof with small porthole window composed of 2 single beds that can be grouped together on request<br><br>All the beds are new and firm, the mattresses and bed bases are very comfortable high-end products.<br><br>*****<br><br>By default, the chalet must be left as clean as when you arrived and in this case, no cleaning fee is applied. Possibility of cleaning option at 50 € on request. A reminder message will be sent to you to offer you this option.<br><br>Traveller access<br>- 1 parking space in front of the chalet in the courtyard<br>- 1 private terrace by the lake (access from the ground floor bedroom and the living room)<br>- 1 small garden on the front of the chalet<br>- 1 large garden to share with a second chalet located on the same estate<br><br>Access to the sauna is optional at €50 for the duration of the stay.<br><br>Charging of hybrid and electric vehicles up to 7.4KW/h at an additional cost. "WallBox" terminal with standard "type 2" socket (suitable for most hybrid and electric vehicles).
